About Lisa

Let me help to alleviate some fears of going to the gym, and expenses of paying for a membership, by training you in my home gym. 

As a fitness expert with an AA in fitness and an ACSM certification , I help people newly discover their passions in fitness. I will help restore your energy, your strength and your confidence. I teach you strength, wellness, movement and freedom from pain.

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from an injury, and sports-specific training. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options, or you can design your own.
